Nathan Johnston is an Irish singer-songwriter from Mullingar. Inspired by artists such as Otis Redding, Jack Johnson and Paolo Nutini, Johnston began writing his own songs at the age of 12. His music is a blend of Soul, Pop and laid back acoustic folk.

After 6 years performing under the stage name, ‘Sion Hill,’ and touring Europe with the likes of Pete Doherty, A-ha and Alice Merton along with sold out shows across Germany and the U.K., Johnston bought back the rights to new songs from his former record label and went independent.

In 2022, Johnston began releasing music under his own name, starting with a collaboration record with ‘Angels of Libra’ a 10 piece soul outfit from Hamburg with a sound reminiscent of Air, Khruangbin or Ennio Morricone.
