HOW TO SIGN UP

• Sign-up Window: 19:15 – 19:45 (before the music starts).

• Process: Write your name and your Instagram handle on a slip of paper and drop it in the box. Everyone who plays gets tagged.

• Selection: 20 slots per night. Performance order is drawn from the box completely at random.

YOUR SLOT

• Format: 1 Slot = 2 songs, up to 10 minutes maximum.

• Timing: Your time starts as soon as your name is called (setup included). Wrap it up when the host gives you the sign—anything past 10 minutes cuts into someone else’s time.

• Limit: Maximum 2 slots per night per singer (guest spots in other sets count toward this limit).

NEED SOMETHING SPECIAL?

• Special Requests: If you need backing vocals, a bigger setup, or an early/late slot, let the team know early or note it on your paper slip.

• Contact: Ask for your host, Kerim, at the bar. The earlier you reach out, the more they can help.
