A singular force in experimental folk, Houdei has released four independent albums and toured nationally with artists like Jeff Tweedy, Natalie Prass, and Black Belt Eagle Scout, as well as with long time collaborator Haley Heynderickx.\nGrowing up in a bi-cultural Persian household, music and song found Biita early on. At this young age, she chose guitar as her instrument and learned to play in her own, intuitive way– now possessing a style completely her own.
